IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASE

1. Product Classification & Intended Use

OPTMZ Labs products are research-use only (“RUO”) materials intended exclusively for laboratory research in controlled settings.

OUR PRODUCTS ARE NOT INTENDED FOR:

  • Human consumption or ingestion
  • Injection or administration into any organism
  • Therapeutic use
  • Medical treatment or diagnosis
  • Veterinary use
  • Any non-research application
  • Use by unlicensed individuals

OUR PRODUCTS ARE INTENDED FOR:

  • In-vitro (test tube) laboratory research
  • Chemical analysis and characterization
  • Preclinical studies in controlled laboratory environments
  • Academic and institutional research institutions

2. Regulatory Status & FDA Compliance

OPTMZ Labs products are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
for any human or animal use.

Products marketed by OPTMZ Labs fall under Title 21 CFR (Code of Federal Regulations)
guidelines for research chemicals and are supplied strictly as research materials.

Products are not:

  • Dietary supplements (as defined by DSHEA)
  • Food additives
  • Drug products
  • Medical devices
  • Cosmetics
  • Veterinary medicines

As a purchaser, you acknowledge that our products are not FDA-approved and accept full
responsibility for their use in compliance with applicable law.

3. Non-Consumable & Non-Human Use

All OPTMZ Labs products are non-consumable research materials.

You explicitly agree and represent that:

  • You will not consume, ingest, inject, or administer products to any human being
  • You will not use products on animals
  • You will not encourage or facilitate others in using products for human consumption
  • You will use products only in legitimate laboratory research settings

Violation of this agreement may result in:

  • Criminal liability for violating federal law
  • Personal injury or death (the Company is not responsible)
  • Prosecution under Title 21 CFR
  • Immediate termination of your account and refusal of future service

4. Liability Disclaimer

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPTMZ LABS MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING PRODUCTS, INCLUDING:

  • Fitness for any particular use
  • Safety or suitability for any purpose
  • Non-infringement of third-party intellectual property
  • Merchantability or quality
  • Results, efficacy, or outcomes of any kind
  • Absence of contaminants or hazardous properties

PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” ON AN “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

5. Assumption of Risk & Release

By purchasing from OPTMZ Labs, you assume all risks associated with product use, including but not limited to:

  • Chemical hazards or toxicity
  • Physical injury from handling
  • Respiratory or skin exposure
  • Allergic reactions or sensitization
  • Interaction with other substances
  • Improper storage or handling
  • Any adverse outcome whatsoever

You release OPTMZ Labs from all claims, demands, and liabilities arising from:

  • Product use or misuse
  • Inability to use products as intended
  • Inadequacy of product safety information
  • Third-party claims
  • Any cause whatsoever

You assume full responsibility and liability for any harm resulting from product use.

6. No Medical Claims or Advice

OPTMZ Labs does not provide medical advice. Our products are not intended to:

  • Diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
  • Mitigate any disease or condition
  • Affect any structure or function of the body
  • Provide therapeutic benefit

Any statements about product research, studies, or mechanisms are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical claims or recommendations.

If you have health concerns, consult a licensed healthcare provider. Do not use OPTMZ Labs products for medical purposes.

7. Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase from OPTMZ Labs.

By placing an order, you represent that you are 21+. We reserve the right to verify age
and cancel orders if you do not meet this requirement.

8. Proper Handling & Storage

Products must be:

  • Stored in cool, dry, light-protected environments
  • Handled according to chemical safety guidelines
  • Used only in properly equipped laboratory settings
  • Disposed of in accordance with hazardous waste regulations

OPTMZ Labs is not liable for:

  • Improper storage or handling
  • Failure to follow storage instructions
  • Environmental or safety violations
  • Misuse or negligence

9. Restricted Use Populations

These products cannot be purchased by or used for:

  • Individuals under 21 years old
  • Pregnant or nursing individuals
  • Individuals with serious medical conditions
  • Unauthorized or unlicensed individuals
  • Any person not operating in a legitimate research capacity

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

11. Third-Party Lab Testing & COAs

OPTMZ Labs uses independent third-party laboratories to verify product purity and
specifications.

Important Limitations:

  • Certificates of Analysis (COAs) verify purity only; they do not guarantee safety for
    any use
  • Third-party testing does not imply approval or recommendation for any non-research use
  • Purity does not equal safety
  • A pure product can still be hazardous and unsuitable for human use

12. Indemnification & Hold Harmless

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OPTMZ Labs, its owners, employees, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of products
  • Your violation of this Disclaimer or Terms of Service
  • Your violation of applicable law
  • Injury, illness, or death of any person
  • Environmental damage or contamination
  • Third-party claims related to product use
  • Any cause whatsoever
